Capitec = Pathetic client service

I went to Capitec in Onverwacht, Lephalale to find out about Credit etc. I was told by the lady that she can't assist me because the company I work for does not show on their system this after a year and a half ago when I started working at the new firm I took all my employers details to Capitec and they told me they will upload the Company to their system. Now the lady who assisted me told me that she is sorry and that she would scan in my payslip and call Capitec's Head office and get back to me. It has been 4 days and still no feedback. I have called the head office as well and still no one has been able to assist me. This is pathetic service from Capitec.
