Capitec Pathetic Bank

<p>To cut a long story short, i took a loan with Capitec which was appoved. After 3 days of taking the loan the money was withdrawn from my account and i was not informed about this. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to another Capitec Branch as i was in urgent need of the money and it was only then i was informed that my loan had been put on hold subject to forensic investigation. However, no information could be provided as to why the insvestigation was ongoing nor information as when i could expect the investigation to be finilised the only thing mp**** is that i needed to wait for them to contact me. </p> <p> </p> <p>what puzzles me is that they decided to do their investigations after the loan was aprroved. what also annoys me is that they can not even tell me when i could expect a reply from thm pertaning to their investigation.</p> <p>i needed the money for urgent use . i have been banking with Capitec for over four years and this is the service i am subjected to . my advice to anyone considering to open an account with this bank is that dont do it, it is not worth it, save our self time and headach and go open an account with another reputable</p>
