Capitec over excersing it's rights

Capitec Bank took R6100 on my account without my permission. The are saying as per my contract initial I have gave them the authority to do as they wish in my account.

They are saying as NCR they allowed to do so

Please help capitec it's ****ming life.

Wow some called from Capitec and told me that unfortunately it's a company rule, so they are still standing the of they have rights to do so.

Guys I'm warning you Capitec Bank they are not to be trusted. Worse part they blocked my account I can't access it.

Till to date since I was told they are doing investigation. No feedback has been shared.

Clearly they have seen their mistake and they don't want to rectify it.
I really hate Capitec Bank so much that I wish this bank never exist or go bankrupt
