Capitec outstanding staff

After a really rough time with Capitec, I was at my wits end, I will not go into details, but I was so defeated I sat at in the Capitec branch and cried. then I met two outstanding staff members, Ashley from the Carnival Mall Branch and Andisiwe Zweni-Komani from Service recovery. you are both outstanding ambassadors for Capitec, and restored my faith in humanity. To Capitec Management you have two amazing staff members here, pls hold onto them, I was ready to close all 4 accounts with Capitec but these two have restored my faith in Capitec.
