Capitec outstanding on customer service

I just have to commend Capitec Bank for the level of customer service they hold their employees to. In a world where service delivery is at an all time low, it really is a pleasure dealing with Capitec consultants, whether telephonically or in person.

I've been with the banking institution for the past 6 years and honestly, I have had no bad experiences dealing with their employees across the branches. I have to specifically mention Shumani at The Glen Branch and Larry at Southgate branch. Well done on phenomenal service. Being able to make a furious customer leave the bank feeling not only assisted, but reassured and happier, is a golden skill.

Capitec, please recommend your training provider to other organizations within the customer service industry 😉
