Capitec operates on misconduct. They legalize ***** in this country through false allegations on people's accounts

The most useless bank I've ever seen on this planet. I will advice anyone who works with clients that use capitec to kindly ask all of then to switch to another bank. They sent a false ***** claim to my Discovery Bank and got my account blocked for a payment I legitimately recieved from a capitec user and the person does not even know about this. It's been almost a month my bank is telling me that they are waiting for Capitec to provide legal evidence of their claim and they have issued nothing. And it's not the first time they have done this they always report other people's banks to be frozen and never come back with feedback to resolve the matters or at least provide proof of their claim and meanwhile because these banks would rather trust each other than trust their customer our funds will be confiscated. This banks needs to be investigated for this misconduct because I'm sure I'm not the only one suffering upon the hands of this greedy bank.
