Capitec open a account anywhere, false advertising

Good Afternoon

I'm all in when it come to innovation, I believe in innovation, but please dont make publish advertising or publicly make statements that anybody can open a bank account on your app, then when I test it, it doesn't work and tells you to visit a branch, is that not false advertising on your side?
