Capitec online *****

My wifes account was hacked today. She has not used her credit card for a couple days now. She stopped all her bank accounts immediately on the app. We went to the bank, after 5 or 6 cards did not work and an hour and a half in the bank she got a working debit card only. I asked the the bank employee what about the ********** transaction that went through, the response was ridiculous, she will recieve a refund after 14 days and at a cost of R150 admin fee..... are you flippen serious? The bank gets paid a monthly fee, irs system allows hackers to get hold of your money and then one need pay yourself an admin fee to get your money back. Absolutely absurd ..... I really hope someone from Capitec reads this and gets into contact with me
