Capitec online chat

Capitec gave me the bad's services ever...i loged a case almost a month ago and it is still no feedback every time i follow up the tell me they are loging a case now...every time i will escalate this matter. I am very dispotted in Capitec i will never ever use this bank or rever anyone to use capitec.
