Capitec Online Banking fees

I like Capitec Bank, however, how is this for daylight *******? Online Banking: Whenever one pays money from one's account to another Capitec account, then Capitec charges R1 per transaction and labels that as an Immediate Payment Fee! To me an immediate payment is from Capitec Bank to any other bank, i.e. immediate inter-bank payments. Previously there were no charges for these kinds of payments between the same bank's accounts. Electronic banking shouldn't cost anything anyway; even payments between different banks - internet is free. I have always preferred Capitec over other banks because Capitec has a no-nonsense, cheap banking approach, but it seems like Capitec is jumping on the band wagon, by ripping people off, just like the other large banks, now that they have become a large bank themselves.
