Capitec : One problem after the other

Capitec is a fantastic bank... if you're just planning on opening a savings account and stowing money away there. If you ever anything comes along that isn't just the basic deposit / withdrawl, Capitec falls short.<br> 1. (LOAN) EVERY month for the past 23 months, when a payday falls on a Saturday, I have issues with Capitec. They try and retrieve the money the friday before, then takes the money from my transaction account because there's nothing there yet. EVERY time I have to call and waste my airtime to get them to put the money back into my transaction account (AS the debit order goes off ON payday not BEFORE) And every December on the 15th they start scrambling for money, emptying my transaction account... I DO NOT GET AN ADDITIONAL PAYCHECK! Yet every year same issue (They tell me they assumed I would so they took money just in case - WHAT?). They refuse to change the debit date!<br> 2. Then I have a transaction that was supposed to be reveresed. Capitec won't help me. I have to drive around and try and fix it. Standard Bank doesn't even take 5min to do refunds, no questions, for the exact same scenario. Capitec just shrugs.<br> Only bank that bends over backwards NOT help their client
