Capitec 🏧 , Notes with Ink

I withdrew Cash Send at Capitec C*****dene Shopping center Gauteng it R200 of R100 notes came out with ink, I went to the branch they cannot assist because I didn't print out a receipt and claim that their ATMS does allow money with ink so where did I get the cash... I sent email to their client services they reply as resolved but I was not refunded. I am so disappointed at Capitec and have been using it for years now
