Capitec not willing to remove a stop to my account even after a court order have been submitted from their branch

I am still struggling with Capitec and they seem not prepared to remove a stop to my account with them. They say the court order is not valid and they court say it is clear on the court order that the ordered capitec to remove a stop to my account. It been 18 day now and i have again submitted after i was at court yesterday. This i really frustrating and after i have called them a few time they say they will give me a feedback in 5-7 days. this in really bad. Please someone help
