Capitec not wanting to give me my money.

I received an amount of R23000 to my savings account from my nedbank account and capitec froze my funds and i provided proof that the money came from me and I've been back and forth with Forensics to no response or irrelevant responses from them . I do not know why this is happening and why it hasn't resolved only god and capitec know whats going on and they refuse to give me my money back by not responding to my emails.
