Capitec not updating my payments on credit card and credit facility.

I made several payments to my capitec credit facility and credit card but the payment are still not reflecting and it has been months.i have sent several emails to ccs enquiry and they are just not willing to assist. I am so frustrated and I don't know what to do anymore.
