Capitec not trusted

I had and arrangement with them to pay my loan then told them will start paying full installment month end february because i had money on my savings they just decided to debit 7 times more the amount we agreed on then their manager Peter Moeketsi says he wont reverse my money because im making lot of money which was not even mine.even told him that the money was deposited in my account so i can transfer to someone.
