Capitec not to be a trusted bank

In April 2025, I was hijacked by people and an amount of R180 000 was withdrawn from my account. This matter was reported to the police and I have been attending court cases. Capitec Bank has said this case has been investigated ever since then. They have now suddenly called me to say the case has been closed with no resolution. They had mentioned that they could see from the selfies that they had been taken by someone else. I am very unsatisfied with how Capitec has dealt with my case as they noticed huge amounts of money being withdrawn and not doing anything about it. They have not shown any care about my case and losses. I have lost huge amounts of money without any attendance or any kind of help from the bank.
