Capitec not so good as advertised.

I have been with Capitec for more than 8 years now, and i must say, I am very very dissapointed. Well i had 1 issue, and luckily they sorted that out, but then there was another issue, and apparently there is nothing they can do about it.

Well, I must say, after this, i am definitely changing banks.

I app**** for a Loan, The lady said that i Qualified for R57000 . I told her, that i dont want that much, i only need R40 000 currently, and that i want to pay it over 36 Months, as i am a contract worker, and my Contract is only for 48 Months. Everything went well, until capitec declined , because apparently i am working for an SME Company ( LOL ). Well let me tell you which company i work for. The company i work for is the largest Ship building company is South africa, we are currently working on a project for the government, and now they want to tell me that it is a small company and that is why they declined, as it is a risk ( Small to medium Enterprise) ...

How do you explain that. Go see for yourself how big the company is. Southern African shipyards.

if your own bank doesnt even want to help you, then who will? I am very disapointed in this bank, been a client for so long.

I dont even have other debt, except my car, I have more than R9000 left in a month , after my debt is paid, and still they decline.

Im getting myself another bank.
