Capitec not safe or secure

Money was *****ulently taken from my bank account.I explained to the bank that at the time I had no data or airtime to use my phone and I had not shared my pin or password to anyone. It's been 3 months since I explained to them that I receive a social grant and the money that was taken helps support my three children. The money that was taken I am unable to buy food or things my children need for school. Capitec bank says your account is safe and secure but how did someone from another country hack into my account?How did someone else use my personal information when Im the only one with access to my phone or bank account?
