Capitec not releasing my money and im hungry

Capitec Bank is a pain in the a*s. So last week I went to a store to buy some items,the transaction didn't go through but the money already debited on my account. I called the bank and they said i must send the receipt showing that the transaction was reversed i did. They said they can see the money is on hold after i send the receipt they will release it. Now im still waiting and i called again today the lady told me it might take 2 weeks as they have backlog. Im hungry with no food waiting on capitec to release My money while me and my family we are starving.im hungry and confused.
