Capitec not paying Lotto Winnings

I recently read the review of someone who stated that Capitec doesnt pay Lotto winnings and for the first time, I actually looked at the numbers and realised that Capitec has also not paid my winnings. I had 3 numbers in the draw and not a cent was deposited by them. I buy online the whole time amd have never checked. How do you trust your bank after this? Dont buy Lotto tickets from Capitec! They claim your winnings...
