Capitec: not living better!

The new Capitec bank app has been nothing but useless. One would question what the developers were gunning for?? Is it a conspiracy to ***** their customers money?? Is this what they mean by "Live Better"?? Don't even get me started on their client care support team that forces you to communicate with them via social media platform instead of requesting for your contact details and just handing your matter. The app crashes for no reason and there seems to be no urgency in fixing the problem. Capitec bank is holding me hostage financially because I don't have access to my money on the app and internet because guess what?! I need the app to verify my login attempt (smart neh, very smart)...I am frustrated and won't take this lying down!!!
