Capitec not honest in its dealings

<p>My mom took out a Capitec loan in 2012 and she has not defaulted in her monthly payments. In Jan this year she obtained her transunion report which showed that she has 6k outstanding for her capitec loan, she then decided she will settle the whole amount only to get to capitec ixopo/umzimkhulu and told that the account was handed over but she was never told anything. So she was given a number to call so that she gets clarity on the amount owing she spoke to that lady on the phone who couldn't give her the exact figure outstanding.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not understand how they work up to this day no communication regarding her outstanding debt. Recently she was informed that the installments for capitec appear as a garnishee order therefore her home loan will be difficult to be approved.Canice someone from capitec assist with this before we are forced to go the legal route.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it a garnishee order if no payments have been missed? Please give her a balance if thd one on transunion doesn't work.</p> <p>Capitec is a ***** bank really list all the little respect I had for them as a bank.Now busy exploiting the middle class...</p>
