Capitec not helpful
I mistakenly purchased a product on aliexpress, called capitec to reverse funds into my account. I was told they can't even after I produced proof of cancellation

15 May 2024, 12:43I had to be the one calling Capitec, the consultant i spoke to said the money should be in my account the next day, but still nothing. The conversation was recorded & i don't understand what is really happening with Capitec.
