CAPITEC NOT HELPFUL
I wrote a complaint about funds in my late sister's account that needed to be reversed and Capitec said I should go to the High Court for the letter of Authority. Went to High Court and was told to bring a bank statement of my late sister's account. It's been 2 days since I went to Capitec and I have not received the statement.
