Capitec not having mandate/ authority on debi check debit orders

the fact that you as my bank cant hep me control debit orders , or cant stop or cancel a debi check is scary and stupid.....there is a company debiting my account, i have tried to contact them for the past 3months with no success, iv sent emails with no reply,yet they just keep taking my money even though i havent recieved anything i paid for from them...i called you call center and was just told by the agent there is nothing you can do for me......as my bank that is utter bull .... due to this i will be closing my accounts with Capitec and move to another bank... im just suppose to sit back nd leave this company to take my money because my stupid bank dont have the authority to stop or cancel a debit order....you should really relook at that and revise it......we are struggling enough as it is
