Capitec not delivering on there promises

Good day,

after a huge complaint and a lackluster resolution from Capitec, I have decided that I am either switching to Standard or FNB.

At least when you complain to FNB, they are actually willing to resolve, and help you, and deliver on their promises.

Here I am again driving a promise from Capitec, not being delivered. Where is the airtime that you where supposed to give back to me? or is that also just not happening? Once more pay R5 bank fees and get R5 worth of value, and the rand dollar is not good anymore so, which means that the standard dropped as well.
