Capitec not caring for their customers

Hi My brother wanted to reverse the money he deposited same day but Capitec Bank told him to return after 14 days. Why can't they reverse immediately as asked, now they claim they can't reverse after 14 days. What exactly do they do in those 14 days, now my brother can't get back the money. Capitec disappointed me I have to Bank with people who have my interest first not theirs.
