Capitec not attending my logged query 132

Good day. Capitec is failing me , on the 16 april i recieved a cash deposit sent to me and on the 22 april the cash deposit was reversed in a form of correction. I have been calling and even went to the branch wanting to know the reason why they reversed the money , is been 2 weeks now since i have logged the query not getting any feedback . No explanation, no feedback which is inconveniencing me because my account was on set off negative balance because of that cash deposit correction they have made on my account.
