capitec not assisting me with my money

Hi I am so disappointed with capitec,i withdrew money from a spark atm in isipingo but the money was not dispensed to me whilste instead i got an sms saying i withdrew tbe cash,went to their branch they told me they will investigate this problem.It has now been 5 days with no reaponse from them i keep on calling them.I understand that they might think that ths 400 rand is little but it means a lot to me and my kids sincr now i cannot buy them anything i am stuck waiting on capitec and their ****** unserviced machines.What upsets me the most is that i am calling them but they do not have the decency to get back to me and update me.
