Capitec not ASSISTING in anyway

After contacting Capitec HQ, and discussing my complaint with their complaints department which was logged with a reference number - CM03/2015 -22499<br> <br> I have called several times, asking for the reschedulement as discussed in October on a recorded line. They were unable to assist in anyway shape possible, saying that i should have taken it at that time!<br> <br> Furthermore i contact them on a regular basis, but Capitec just DO NOT want to help me in anyway. So now i am stuck with an unaffordable repayment which i cannot reschedule to approximately 75% of current monthly repayment???<br> <br> The only person who wanted to help \Candice"could not as she was instructed to read a script and inform me they could not help.<br> <br> These guys are just a ***boy outfit!!
