Capitec not accounting for the EFT payment

7th January I received a call from my mobile service provider stating that my phone services would be suspended. I called Capitec Bank, spoke to Noxolo Helesi.I sent her proof of payment including my bank statement and the notification forwarded to my phone my Capitec after the EFT was processed.

Its been a week today. my phone has been suspended costing our Organization close to 18.000 worth of revenue loss due to my phone not receiving email request for bookings, today we are bound to loose more money due to pathetic and appalling not to mention irresponsible conduct from Capitec. R412.00 EFT payment is costing us huge losses.

I need answers. Yesterday I called Capitec bank, my call wad dropped 5 times by the consultants, Only one agent was interested in my case. I forwarded and email to Client services only to receive an system generated email promising a 48 hours response from an agent, in 48 hours it will be weekend.
I am appalled by the Capitec conduct and lack of accountability, clearly the don't value integrity towards their customers.
