Capitec nonsense

I have business account with capitec ,it started by Thandile majambe requesting me to complete documents for fica ,of which I did and send them back to him ,no response no reply no nothing ,then I assumed all is well as there was no communication. A month later my account is closed, business debit orders are bouncing ,then I asked why was I not told that you still need more docs or what ever ,you can't just block my account without communication, I was Given another person called Sipho Magubane ,who was assisting, for the last two weeks,today I'm calling to check how far Sipho is on leave again no communication or I will hand your case to someone else .and here I am waiting on sipho yet he is on leave .your services suck but where you fail even more you don't communicate .it's going for 3 weeks now my account is blocked money that is paid to the account is bouncing debit order bouncing and people don't care ,cause it's not their business .
