CAPITEC NON SECURE PAYMENT PORTAL
21 November 2022, we made an online purchase of R99, and the company we made the purchase through, deducted R599, we then went to Capitec bank to ever the R599 as we had not given consent for the additional R599 deducted. This was a secure pay postal from Capitec and how could other monies be deducted? Now Capitec claims that they cannot assist.
This is blatant Bull Sh&T as this is supposed to be secure and how can Capitec to return money that we have not given permission to be deducted?
