Capitec nightmare

I have a loan with capitec bank, one which I never skip a payment.. I had a hindrance in January with my salary which I reported to the bank. The matter was that I'd receive my salary a little later than usual. They had stated that they understood and I did the right thing by notifying them and an arrangement was made. Two months later I app**** for car finance and was declined by every bank due to my standing with the credit bureau. Capitec listed me for missed payment.. I need them to clear this mess ASAP
