CAPITEC NEVER FAIL TO DISSAPPOINT (TAKING MY BANKING ELSE WHERE WITH WHOLE FAMILY)

Every month I send money to my daughter's account and I have never had any issues all of a sudden today I sent money and now I cannot withdraw or use It card keep declining.

Mind you I call the call center only to be told that the account is frozen and the reason for this is the account needs to be FICA and proof of income……

Bare in mind this is a MINER she is 9 years olds …. Obviously I put the money in the account Mother of the MINER!!!!!! Now I need to waste time going into the bank to show proof of income …. What BS is this
