CAPITEC NEVER BACKS ITS WORKERS

Well i worked at Capitec Bank Terminus Street in 2015 Started around the 15th of July 2015 until my employment was cut short by ATM ******** Syndicate. I reported the matter to the then Branch Manager Kuhle Mehlomane who in turn called in Siya Nodayizana who was a Regional Manager and it was decided that in the interest of safety i be moved to another branch preferably not in East London( this was around the 15th of September 2015. After the discussion on a Saturday around the 26th myself and wife were followed upon knocking off at the Terminus branch to our home were we were threatened. It was then decided that i needed to cut my employment short (28th the following Monday). I had asked Kuhle Mehlomane what then needed to happen regarding the the resignation, and he said he would get back to me once he had spoken to Mr Nodayizana. He returned to me later that day advising he had spoken to Mr Nodayizana and he would advise the HR head who the time was Amanda (With Dreadlocks) she was situated at the Oxford Branch not sure of her surname. They only asked when i would be leaving and i advised on Friday the 2nd due to safety concerns and they said they understood. I then asked them about the R10k which was said that i would be liable for and Mr Nodayizana assured me that he would sort that our based on the situation. The following week the 7th October 2015 i received a call from Amanda wanting to find out the reasoning behind the sudden resignation, i was shocked as to why Mr Nodayizana had not communicated with her, i then explained the situation she then advised then that my employment would be terminated and needed nothing further from me than an explanation.

Now two weeks ago i received a call from Lawyers that they had been instructed by Capitec Bank that i owed them money relating to not honoring the notice period. I explained to them that i have no knowledge of owing Capitec any monies and they advised that Capitec Bank has been trying to get a hold of me for the past 3 years which is false.

Is this the way of Capitec Bank is doing things? If so kindly advise so i can discourage anyone i know to never work nor bank with this bank and i will also move my account and also my wife's account in which she receives her salary .
