Capitec needs training to draft a letter
Credit card payments was behind, I settled the full amount of R13 000 last month. I have been requesting non stop for capitec to send me a paid up letter. Seems like they do not know how to type 1? What is preventing capitec from drafting a letter? You got the money I owed you, so now provide me with what I want. A paid up letter. I would be logging a customer complaint everyday until I receive my paid up letter. Update your system, I have paid you more than a month ago, but still it reflects on my credit report that I owe this useless bank money. Should have never switched banks. I am done begging capitec. Do your work

07 Jan 2023, 00:35And still you have not updated that I have paid you your money. Still shows that I am behind on payments, still shows the total amount. Update the system. I'm done with capitec, also switching my bank account back to Ned bank, much less of begging them to do something
