Capitec needs to wake up

Every single month I pay my loan with Capitec before the end of the month. I make sure there’s money in ny main account and then Capitec deducts the loan repayment automatically. It has never been late. But every single month I get an SMS afterwards saying that the payment is still due. And this month I got a second SMS saying that my failure to pay has been noted. IT HAS BEVER BEEN LATE. I’m not even paying it manually that there can be a delay in the payment. Capitec deducts it automatically from my main account. I’m tired of this. This can affect my credit record. All because your employees aren’t doing their job.
