Capitec need cameras in Inanda square

So my dad is 63 and his eyesight is very poor he was using a atm at inanda square wen tow black males grabbed his card and they were also watching his pin that he entered. So my dad ran to the car to get his ID then he goes to the capitec bank to close his account. I couldn't imagine the horror. The teller that was helping my dad noticed that my dad had poor eyesite. So while the *****'s were taking money from my dad's account the teller also sent 3000 rand from my dad's account to a atm for him to draw out later. Then I noticed that the money was taken but it looked like someone in the bank sent it cause of te time line. I felt uncomfortable to go there again. So we go to pavilion branch and we tell. Then the storie. They also say nothing. The. We decided to go to that branch at inanda square and we reported the manager there was very helpful and I'm sure the guy lost his job... But the worst part is that the capitec at inanda square had no cameras inside of the bank strangely that what helped the teller to rod my dad... And wen we oped a case at the newalds east police station.... The police said that no cameras was in the bank so a case would not be opened and followed... Lack of evedence.. I am writing this just to inform the public what happend to my dad is heart sore as that was his savings as he is unemployed.
