Capitec National Lottery **** up

Capitec has the worse customer care. Their customer care don't have the capacity to call back. As a result it costed me airtime. They offer the National Lottery service on the mobile app. However their customer care system draw dates and app is not the same. People Capitec bank is *****ing your money. As there draw date and app date differ though one paid it according to their t&c and you can loose and be cheated out of your lotto WINNINGS. THERE IS ALSO NO FACILTY THAT KEEP HISTORY OF NUMBERS NEITHER CAN YOU PRINT. AS A CAPITEC CLIENT I AM VERY DISGUSTED THAT THEY CAN OFFER A SERVICE WITH NO PROPER SUPPORT. MY NEXT PROCESS IS TO COMPLAIN TO THE GAMBLING BOARD THAT ISSUED THE LICENSE TO CAPITEC. THE RECOURSE OF MY ACTIONS DOES NOT STOP HERE AS CAPITEC IS A FINANCIAL SECTOR ***** AND THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO THAT FSA that issued their LICENSE. NO JOKES I HAVE THE PROOF
