Capitec My ID Problem

i went to capitec bank this morning to open a bank account i gave the consultant my ID and Proof of residents<br> he left to verify my ID only to find another consultant come to me and tell me that they cannot help me because my ID were my photo is does not light the watermarks when they put it under the UV light. so i assumed that capitec tells me that my ID is **** but the watermarks light up on the other page of my ID. are they to lazy to pick up a phone and phone home affairs. and also my friend went and found out the day before for me what i need to open a bank account , the consultant told him my ID and Proof of residents, so he asked if i can bring my drivers license the consultant said yes it is fine.i waited 2 years for my ID and been using it to open bank accounts all this time. this is unacceptable. i have heard that capitec is the best people referring me to capitec and this is the service i get in return. this is a disgrace.
