Capitec must go down, Its for the poor and uneducated hence there is lawlessness!

Capitec Bank is still practicing reckless landing and I won't rest until I bring enough evidence to the Ombudsman. I wanted to close my Access Facility loan in October 2022 but was told that the loan is not showing on my ITC. I managed to close the personal loan rather and the credit card. The reason they decided not to show all of them at once was to hide the fact that I have 3 loans running with the same bank owing big amounts taking most of my salary. I woud have kept quite but Capitec is now ruining my life saying I have skipped 2 payments March and April on my Access Facility loan and have not. I even have evidence as these months were paid via the debit order with my now new bank Absa Bank. I even had to call their call centre only to be told that the money is showing but was not updated hence it kept on showing arrears. Calls are recorder they say so I have opened a case with the Ombudsman officially as of today and I will need that recording. Anyone who is experiencing the same problem please reach out to me as together we can do more. Capitec must go down!
