Capitec must get their act together!

In recent times I find being a client of Capitec Bank very frustrating. Last Thursday, I had to pay VW Overberg in Herm**** around R11 000. However, to do this I have to increase my daily limited. This was not possible, because the system was down. Even when I call the head office, they just said there is nothing to be done. When the system came one later the afternoon, I was told it cannot be done - R10 000 is the limit that could be set online. I must go to the branch. I decided to do that on Monday 1 April. I checked the office hours of the nearest branch on the internet, and was not informed that the Whale Coast Mall will be closed, only that the opening hours may differ. Arriving at the branch this morning (1 April), the branch was closed. At least five other customers, turned away in frustration - another three shared my frustration when I looked if the changed hours is perhaps 10h00 and later. There was not even a note on the door that this branch is closed on public holidays. I am certain something could be done to this poor communication by Capitec.
