CAPITEC MUST FALL-USELESS IN MANY WAYS

I have a ***** incident that i have reported within the first 48hours after it accrued. the case was listed by the bank and they don't give a person feedback , they don t call, they ignore emails that you sent to their forensic person who handled your case. plain and simple words , they don't care its not their money. my family is going thorough the most due to this . its almost 2 months and no-one seems to be bothered. They make me sick. i was in hospital due to the financial stress.
