Capitec must fall

Hi I got in a situation we're my friend was kidnapped so the kidnappers we're using his phone for transactions and I was also involved because they have send me cash and asked me to resend it as cash send as I thought it was my friend I did as they have asked now capitec decided to freeze my account and don't want to unblock it ...we went together with my friend with the case numbers and all that after he was released he was helped he got back all his money bt my account is still blocked till today it's a month now I couldn't even prepare my kids school things because they jst keep telling me that they will help bt nothing is happening....ive even decided to change my bank and inform my friends and family to change because it's quite clear that capitec is not safe at all...
