#capitec must fall

Earlier this year I had a query about capitec Malamulele and the complaints manager emailed me telling me that my issue with my RAF pay out will be sorted then the branch called me and I adhered to their sermons and managed to go to branch to resolve wat they said is delaying my pay out. Mind you I'm not working I'm in debts because of the previous ups ND downs from the village to malamulele, they said my money will be paid to my account today on the 6th even now still nothing yesterday on the 5th they messaged me to come to the branch,,, I tried to go nd still no money,,, wat must I do for me to get my money from Capitec I am really tired of this waiting and going up nd down is there another way to deal with incompitance of this bank institution

The most annoying thing with the employees at this particular branch is that they have all the documents, I hv been to the branch million tyms but they will tell me to travel to the office to submit a paper,, y can't they email or fax to the office wr I lodged my application,, the bank will tell me to make my own photocopies nd return them to the brach,, y can't they do photocopies for me within the branch? Since they have all my deteils y can't they just do their work,, when I say I'm tired of this bank it's such things,, they don't value their customers they are not sympathetic about once situation
