Capitec must close down

I have been banking with Capitec Bank for more that 8 years now. Today I made an transaction to a Discovery account by mistake went to a Capitec branch to report the transaction they say they can't reverse the funds are immediate, they state I must call is Discovery. I call them they state Capitec must email them representing me. Capitec states they can't. I went to 3 different banks trying to figure out which one is fooling me in this process the other 3 banks says samething as Discovery Bank
