capitec must be put to shame

<p>I went to Capitec branch with all the Fica Documents to unfreeze my account but to my surprise some branch manager at Tembi in Tembisa Capitec told me how I needed a pay slip for my proof of residence to be approved</p> <p> I am not working for heaven sake, and I don't have accounts at any stores. The way his service was, I felt like I can puke, with poor and bad service.</p> <p>The way I'm tired of going up and down I'm taking my account to another bank. I don't need Capitec account anymore. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't know how do you appoint *********** people. Mxm never in my life will use Capitec. </p> <p>People like him don't deserve to work with people! </p>
