Capitec Motor Vehicle renewal not working

New serviced for motor vehicle renewal that was rolled out by Capitec on their app. After applying on the 24th of Feb and getting and sms that my disc would be delivered on the 28th of Feb. Today I've spent the last 3 hours trying to get waybill number, after calling Skynet who apparently do their deliveries. Nobody can provide the waybill number. The excuse is that it's new they are still trying to get used to the system. How do you launch something that you don't know 100% how it works. someone that sent the parcel surely must have a waybill number. I have no disc now and I've spent over R200 of my airtime calling Capitec.
